我觉得最大的难关是语言关。。。。我是看美剧得出的结论，哈哈

是的。很多。

而且前台后台差别很大。有拿10多万的vp,也有拿7位数的vp。如果投行前台的话30万应该有的。

身边有做过按摩师的朋友，不是这样的

既然是中国按摩店，我默认就是那种普通按摩店，不是insurance可以报销的那种医学性质的。另外我默认是打工的按摩师，不是按摩店老板，另外我默认没有色情服务。

那个人跟我说，这种中国人的按摩店基本上都没有保底工资，完全靠做多少拿多少。

中国按摩师比较难到老美的按摩店工作，所以一般也是在中国按摩店里做事

开按摩店的老板，是按摩师越多越好，反正没有保底工资，按摩师多，客人选择余地多。

按摩师要排队，当然有客人指定某个按摩师也可以，如果客人没有指定，就是排队轮流。

按摩店一般是10am-10pm 白天店里客人很少，有时候按摩师排队等5个小时，也就做一单客人。

客人流量大的是晚上，一般好的，一天能做3-5单。。。。这部分的按摩收入，老板还要拿去大头。。

所以算算也知道，收入能有多少了，确实是cash 工，可以不上税，小费嘛，呵呵，如果是正经按摩，有就so so。。。

一个月如果一万，一天必须有300以上的进账。就算做一天做4单，每单按摩师必须得拿到80以上，，，呵呵，这个感觉是包括老板的收入了吧，老板不能把客人的消费额都给按摩师吧。

我估计如果是按摩师自己就是老板的，或者就2，3个按摩师合伙开个店的，这种收入会比较好。。。

药工啥时候这么值钱了？是在这边做到director level以上吧？

你老公做什么行业的？这种experience hire光在linkedin 投简历不是很有效。一定要network network network! 而且感觉读书时候可能priority没找准不应该太关注学业而是应该以找工作为主要。

可以鼓励他通过学校的alumni network 先去找人coffee chat,给自己下目标一个星期见几个人。穿上好西装，精气神儿就慢慢有了。然后可以找几个猎头帮忙看看。

肯定会继续存在，只不过需求量会减少。有人就不愿意、或者没时间去做功课，找个业务熟悉的代劳很解决问题。第一次买房的人，让有经验的人帮忙参考一下也受益匪浅。
